At East Metal we do not compromise on quality, and we are proud of every single order from every single customer. It shows that a high level of documented quality is prioritised by our customers.
Quality control starts when we receive the raw materials from our suppliers and does not end until the order is delivered and approved by our customers.
High level of quality in all processes
Proficient quality management means that there is a focus and check on quality right from when we receive the raw materials from the factory, and until we supply the finished product to the customer.
We act in accordance with a quality assurance manual/integrated web-based quality system, which means that all our employees are familiar with the existing quality requirements and follow up on work tasks, processes and instructions to ensure they are met.
Compliance with the sharpest quality requirements in the industry
East Metal's surface treatment ensures us lasting quality. We can carry out metallisation and paint jobs up to corrosion protection class C5, and we galvanise in accordance with DS/EN ISO 1461
- the sharpest quality requirements in the industry.
Third-party quality control
Many of our customers request third-party quality control of processes and/or finished products as a link in their own quality assurance. We are happy to accommodate this requirement, and we are also happy and proud of the fact that our customers make quality a priority. Likewise, our customers are welcome to visit the production plant and follow the production of their products with their own eyes.
Mission Zero initiative
The Mission Zero Charter is a voluntary commitment to implement and adhere to business principles with a focus on people, their health and safety. This platform brings together all those employers who prioritize work safety in the company and aim for zero accidents at the workplace. Mission Zero combines people's knowledge, companies' practical experience and individual willpower to improve so that taking care of people's health and safety becomes easier and more efficient for all involved.
Mission Zero's main objectives are:
- To eliminate the number of fatalities caused by work
- To significantly reduce workplace accidents, aiming for "0"
- Introduce preventive measures to protect and maintain workers' health
