Traceability

We offer full traceability on all of East Metal's products:

Materials identification and certificates. Naturally, we comply with the legal requirements for CE marking, declaration of performance (DoP) and traceability. As a minimum, we use EN 10204 (3.1)
Manufacturing processes (WPQR and WPS for welding)
NDT (VT, MT, UT, PT etc.) with attached reports
Surface treatment (tests)
Each piece is assigned a unique number

East Metal's control systems and traceability give great value to the customer, as they make it possible and safe, at whatever point in time, to go back and find all relevant documents for a particular product.
