East Metal honored with the SRS Taxpayers' Award for outstanding labor contribution

We are thrilled to announce that East Metal, a pioneering force in the steel industry, has been granted the State Revenue Service (SRS) Taxpayers' Annual Award 2022. This esteemed recognition comes as a result of our commitment to responsible business practices and sustainable growth, solidifying our position as the largest labor taxpayer in the Zemgale region.

The SRS, Valsts ieņēmumu dienests, annually celebrates businesses that exemplify honesty, transparency, and responsible taxation. In 2022, the focus was on labor taxpayers who play a key role in ensuring Latvia's prosperity, strength, and safety through sustainable business practices.

We had the privilege of hosting Ieva Jaunzeme, the General Director of SRS, at our East Metal production plant. It was an honour to introduce her to our company, showcase our relentless passion for sustainable development, and exchange insights on transparent business growth.
