Generation Change on the CEO position

Esbjerg, September 2, 2019

The East Metal Group, a leading supplier of complex metal constructions, has appointed Flemming Rasmussen as new CEO per September 1, 2019.

Flemming Rasmussen replaces Bent Juul Larsen, who has held the post for 22 years.

Chairman of the Board of Directors Anders Cold says: ”We save chosen Flemming Rasmussen, who is 51 years old  and has a broad industry experience base, including a background from the wind energy industry and experience as CEO.

By September 1 Flemming  Rasmussen takes over as new CEO in the East Metal Group. Bent Juul Larsen continues as director for East Metal Nakskov and is responsible for different business development projects.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Bent for his many years in the role of CEO of the Group, for the tremendous efforts and the crucial importance he has had for the development of the Group.
