Hot dip Galvanization
The product in question – after degreasing and cleaning – is dipped in a galvanizing bath and the steel and zinc will create a chemical reaction. The phase will form a layer of zinc on the surface of the steel and depending on the dipping time the layer will range from 50 microns to 200 microns.
This galvanization process gives the product a high abrasion resistance and durability.
