Complete surface treatment of wind turbine
East Metal manufactures many different types of steel structures to wind turbine manufacturers. For example, this wind turbine nacelle: both welded and finished by East Metal. In this case, the surface treatment is performed using the following techniques: surface blasting, metallizing and painting. The surface area of each nacelle is 546 m2, and the surface treatment consumed about 200 kg of metallization and 1000 liters of paint per nacelle.
